Had a super enjoyable evening with my boyfriends mother. I was a little worried about the fact that we don't speak the same language but we used google translate and a lot of charade movements. We had a nice dinner that she cooked and then we where just talking for the rest of the evening. I'm surprised about the fact that I already feel like I'm picking up on a lot of the words. I think it might be because I have been living in Paris for 2 months now and even though I haven't spoken the language or even attempted to I've still heard it spoken all around me.
I'm convinced that the next two weeks will do wonders for my French skills!
