For the past couple of days, whilst being in London, I haven't done any exercise at all (except for the time we went dancing if that counts as something..?)
Anyway, no exercise and excessive eating equals a body that isn't looking exactly the way it's supposed to. But I'm on to that! Walked for one hour today (back and forth from class) and for the rest of the week I have more cardio scheduled. Attending a wedding this weekend and I got a new dress that I'll be wearing so I won't it to fit like a glove by Saturday!
