WORK OUT

After talking to a friend of mine who used to play football on a quite high level, and who is now a model, I decided to change up some things in my work out. Turns out that swimming might not be the best for what I'm trying to accomplish with my body. Keeping his advice in mind I went to the gym today, warmed up my body with a slow jog for 10 min. Then I tried a 30 min abdominal class for the first time and oh my goodness, I could feel my abs and thighs burning! After that I thought I would attempt a 30 min run at 9mph, but since I've never pulled that off before without taking a break/ changing the tempo I wasn't really sure I would make it. Ran with the ensuring thought that I would give it my all and so time passed by, slowly but surely. 5 min, 10 min, 20 min, and before I knew it there was only 2 min left! Finished the run with a great feeling of accomplishment and a boosted self-esteem!
