Work out 22/2

10  min jogging to warm up
15 min on the cross-trainer

After that I changed into my bathingsuit and did the same "program" as mentioned before:

50 x arms
50 x stomach
50 x arms
50 x legs
50 x legs

and the whole thing twice.

Afterwards I enjoyed almost half an hour in the sauna. So relaxing!
